What we collect

When you send a request through our quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you’re interested in, and your message. The website also records basic, non-identifying traffic information through our hosting provider.

When you request a free assessment through the booking page, the same details (name, phone, email, address, preferred times, and any notes) are delivered to us the same way as the quote form. If we later switch to Google Calendar’s appointment scheduling, that step’s data is also covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Why we collect it

Solely to schedule your assessment, prepare a quote, and follow up about your service. Nothing else.

How it’s stored and who sees it

Quote-form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms (a form-delivery service) and emailed to the business owner. Assessment bookings live in our Google Calendar. Only Sam’s Touch Landscaping sees them.

What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact records only as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business record-keeping, then delete them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date above.
